Delicate yet bold, our Tawari Flower Honey is a rare gem, harvested from the pristine native forests of New Zealand’s Bay of Plenty. The elegant white blossoms of the Tawari tree yield a rich, golden honey with a velvety butterscotch sweetness, subtle hints of honeysuckle, and a bright orange blossom lift. Its smooth, creamy texture gives way to a long, lingering finish with a playful bite, making every spoonful a luxurious experience.
 
A little goes a long way—drizzle over mascarpone, fresh mozzarella, or cinnamon-spiced desserts, or pair with Manchego cheese for harmony, or Stilton for a bold twist. Whether savoured solo or shared, this is honey at its most extraordinary.
