Returns & Refunds Policy.

At Bees Favour, we take great pride in delivering premium honey products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

 

Perishable Goods Policy

 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@beesfavour.co.nz with the following details:

 

  1. Order number

  2. Description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the product and packaging

 

We will assess your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or a refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Cancellations & Order Changes

 

Once an order has been placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after an order has been processed.

 

Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • The order was not delivered due to an error on our part.

  • Exceptional circumstances deemed valid at our discretion.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Incorrect orders due to customer error

  • Opened or used products

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing
